We welcome walk-ins when our schedule allows, but appointments are recommended — especially for larger or custom pieces. Walk-ins are always welcome for smaller tattoos and touch-ups. Call or email us to check availability.

Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal before arriving, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed. Avoid alcohol the night before — it thins your blood and can affect the session.

Some discomfort is normal, but most clients describe it as tolerable — more of a persistent scratch than sharp pain. Sensitivity varies by placement and individual pain threshold. We'll make sure you're comfortable throughout and take breaks whenever you need them.

After your session, we'll provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your tattoo. Generally, keep the area clean, moisturized, and out of direct sunlight. Avoid swimming, soaking, and tight clothing over the healing area for the first two weeks.

Absolutely — cover-ups are one of our specialties. We'll assess your existing tattoo and design a new piece that transforms it into something you'll love. In some cases, a few laser removal sessions beforehand can open up more design options.

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID. We cannot accept parental consent for minors. For piercings, the same age requirement applies, and we carry a selection of high-quality, implant-grade jewelry.
